Email correspondence from Gaya Coffee may contain secret information that was not meant for you and may be legally privileged. Basically if its not for you, don’t read it or distribute it because you will get into trouble if you do. If you do receive correspondence from us in error, do us a favour and delete it.

Gaya Coffee makes no tunes of warranties, implied or otherwise, that this website is error/ommission free or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted (Whilst we love our country -this is South Africa). This website is supplied on an “a voetstoets” basis and has been made for everyone’s enjoyment not just your own. Its your responsibility to make sure that you are happy doing business with us. We are just coffee crazy so take our ideas and opinions with a pinch of salt. Remember we informed you that its your responsibility to make sure you are happy, don’t try and blame us for hare-brained ideas that we may have and you tried to steal and its now cost you money. We will try our utmost to help, but if once the package has been handed to the courier company it’s their indaba to get the package to you.

We may have special offers from time to time, they will come with their own T&C’s.
Should we give you the wrong stuff or if the stuff is damaged or faulty, Gaya Coffee will swop the bad one for a good one, provided that the bad one is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Certain made to order items may only be returned for replacement but not for a refund. One thing though, you have to inform us of the problem within 7 days or we are not going to be able to help. Also remember that you didn’t pay us in cash, so we will not refund you cash. All refunds will be processed by eft.
Everything sold is displayed in Rands. We try our best, but sometimes make mistakes are made and will not be held to those mistakes. Unless it specifically says free, it’s not free.
Items may not look the same on the website as they do in person.
We will try to ensure all deliveries are made within 5-7 working days, taking into consideration the availability of stock and region. When there is a problem, we will make every effort to let you know. If you give us the wrong delivery info, don’t blame us. In the event of an exchange, additional delivery costs may be applicable.
